“I was stranded up near Green Hills on 65 South, traffic zooming past and smoke fuming from my hood. It finally happened, the dag gum water pump finally decided to call it quits just days before I ordered a new one. If this sounds familiar to you, then read on, if this scenario haunts you, I urge you to read on.

I called four different towing companies while standing off the road, with a deafening rumble of traffic during rush hour. The first I called which had the name "Towing Service" said they didn't tow right now. They don't have the "capabilities" which their name begs the differ. The second service did tow but the two and a Hal wait time, $3.50 per mile with a $175.00 standard fee didn't sit well with me. I'd rather push my truck towards Spring Hill rather than be robbed blind impatiently. The third towing company (and the winner) actually referred me to their sister towing company 20 minutes from Harding Place.

Within five minutes I got a call from the tow truck driver confirming my location, vehicle type and color. He arrived within 20 minutes, greeted me and looked at my hood opened truck coming to the same solution I did, the water pump. In just 5 short minutes, he moved my truck around, hitched me up and said let's get out of here. Literally the nicest stranger I've ever met. I could see this guy as a close friend, someone you'd meet at a large party as acquaintances but leave as buds.

He towed me to a shop in Franklin, unhooked and verified my information and even parked it nicely for me. All I had to do was pay, $175.00 even. Now, this sounds like a lot but the service was great and I thought the total price would be much higher for the mileage but no. He did say he'd gladly take what I thought it would of been hah.

After all of that, we shook hands and he vanished from my life as quickly as he entered. Perfect service at a critical time. I'd recommend them to anyone stranded out there. But I would hate to cross these guys, they've seen all types of people from the belligerent, the calm and the crazy - however well prepared to take your car back to their lot if you choose to be anything but respectable. I personally like this trait, working long hours is hard enough but when you work long hours and then have to deal with belligerent, irritable and outrageously annoying customers, it's only fitting that finally a job can push the consumer back and grin while doing it.” – Brian T.

“I was very impressed with Brian who came to my aid during the great snow of 2021! He didn't rush his work as he got my car onto the truck in the dark in 30 degree weather and black ice in the parking lot. He was respectable and kind and was thorough in his work, double checking as he took my payment information and the destination of the tow. He didn't rush me or himself. My favorite part of the experience was that when he arrived at the destination for my car, he took a picture of its location and sent it to me to show that he completed the job. I LOVED THAT.
